This Privacy Policy describes how the "Universal RTL Language Fix" browser extension ("the Extension", "we", "our"), developed by Younes Sheikhlar, handles user data. The Extension is designed to automatically fix right-to-left (RTL) text rendering for Persian, Arabic, and Hebrew across websites.

The Extension does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information, browsing history, or website content. The Extension does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party data collection services.

The Extension uses the storagepermission solely to save your local preference for whether the extension is enabled or disabled. This setting is stored only on your own device using the browser's local storage (Chrome Storage API) and is never transmitted anywhere.

2. Why the Extension Requests Broad Site Access

The Extension requests access to all websites (<all_urls>) because its core function — detecting and correcting RTL text direction — needs to run on any page the user visits, since RTL rendering issues can occur on any website. This access is used only to read and adjust the visual text direction (CSS `direction`/`dir` properties) of the page locally, in your browser. No page content is read for any other purpose, stored, or sent off your device.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer any data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers, because the Extension does not collect any data to begin with.

4. Data Security

Since all preference data stays locally on your device and is never transmitted over the network, there is no remote server or third-party service involved in the Extension's operation.

5. Children's Privacy

The Extension does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes in the future — for example if new features require new permissions — this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.
